Stone crusher and energy saving, are not related generically. Do you think so?

“Stone crusher is a kind of high energy consumption machine” ,many people said. So crusher manufacturers is launching high energy , circumstance friendly, low consumption stone crusher to meet the costomer’s higher needs.

For example: Initial developed large scale single stage hammer crusher can crush maximum 1 cubic meter crude ore to proper particle only off and its production capacity is 300-800TPH, which simplify the multi stage or two stage crushing to one stage(primary crushing). Soon after, Tianjin cement industry research institute developed high production capacity single stage hammer crusher of 1200TPH to apply a cement company, that get a measured results:
Stable capacity is 1200TPH
The percent of finished product size of 40mm is 94.59%
The main motor electricity consumption is 0.415Kwh/t.

Later,Tianjin institute cooperate with Hefei institute to develped the highest capacity single stage hammer crusher, the crushing ratio can reach 1:100, the maximum feeding size is 1.8*1.2*1.2m, per crusher capacity is 1600TPH, and suitable for processing  20% percent humidity material. Compared with the past examples, this crusher can save consumption more than 15%.
