should the man tied a mill stone to ocean?
A guy in Columbus, Ohio was arrested because he had stolen a 4 yeas old girl’s presents that her parents gave her on her birthday,when he dia ,he run quickly ,but the girl was very angry and run after him to shout ,unfortunately ,suddenly a car came and knocked her down.the girl was dead after 2 hours.
Though ,steeling is not so terrible, it caused the girl dead ,some people suggested do the trial and some others thought of
ting a mill stone or a crusher machine around his neck and toss him in the ocean.but the court have not decided how to do punish
him now.
What is your opinion?Should he go to trial or just tie a mill stone or a crusher machineaound his neck and toss him into the ocean?
